the staff was friendly and flexible. i appreciated the convenient location.. it made exploring simple. the breakfast selection was a welcome addition to my stay. my room remained clean and tidy throughout the nights.

the ac emitted an unusual noise when it was running at full power, however, it did not disrupt my stay much.

The location was very convenient for getting around. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. ahmet and haluk were particularly friendly staff. They were always ready to help guests.

The wifi connection was unreliable throughout my stay. the room size was smaller than i anticipated. It restricted movement. the air conditioning made strange noises during the night.

The breakfast was varied, but it did not have enough unsweetened options. the juices were overly sweet. The peach juice tasted like iced tea. there was a strong, unpleasant odor, like sewage, sometimes. the plumbing was a bit damaged. The bathroom faucet made noise. i am not sure it is what one would expect from a four-star hotel.
