the staff was friendly and flexible. i appreciated the convenient location.. it made exploring simple. the breakfast selection was a welcome addition to my stay. my room remained clean and tidy throughout the nights.
the ac emitted an unusual noise when it was running at full power, however, it did not disrupt my stay much.

staff members were helpful with directions and offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout, they were available at the front desk 24 hours a day and responded quickly to requests.

the hotel featured a spa, i enjoyed using the available services. the hotel also has an elevator for easy access to all floors and luggage carts are available for guest use.

The location was very convenient for getting around. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. ahmet and haluk were particularly friendly staff. They were always ready to help guests.
The wifi connection was unreliable throughout my stay. the room size was smaller than i anticipated. It restricted movement. the air conditioning made strange noises during the night.

the hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a triple room upon arrival.. i found this quite generous. the breakfast service included a wide array of choices. the wellness area features a relaxing space after a long day of exploring.

unsweetened options unpleasant odor
The breakfast was varied, but it did not have enough unsweetened options. the juices were overly sweet. The peach juice tasted like iced tea. there was a strong, unpleasant odor, like sewage, sometimes. the plumbing was a bit damaged. The bathroom faucet made noise. i am not sure it is what one would expect from a four-star hotel.
